Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager to lead Elliott Heights in Pittsburgh, responsible for leasing, operations, and maintaining compliance with LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 rules.

The role requires at least two years of property management experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team; 30 hours a week with full-time benefits and travel to other communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ property management experience required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Strong computer skills; working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Ability to interact effectively with community residents.
