Job summary

National Church Residences in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Property Manager for Elliott Heights, a senior apartment community. This role supports leasing, budgeting, and daily operations while ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, and other affordable housing regulations.

The position requires at least two years of property management experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Travel to other communities may be required, and benefits include a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ property management experience required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents.

Education

Responsibilities and Expectations

Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process. Assists with the budgeting process. Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned. Oversees building maintenance. Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested.
