Columbia Housing Authority seeks a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day management and operation of assigned housing properties in Columbia, SC. The role enforces lease terms, ensures timely rent payments, and maintains compliance with housing procedures and regulations.

Expect responsibilities in supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and preparing regular reports. A strong background in HQS/NSPIRE, tenant relations, and budget oversight is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of several years in housing management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of rent calculations, HQS/NSPIRE standards, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staff and provide supervision and performance evaluations.
• Ensure leasing, occupancy, and physical condition compliance with HQS and NSPIRE.
• Manage rent adjustments, notices, and delinquent rent.
• Coordinate with residents, social services, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and oversee property records and maintenance.
