Siegel Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Property Manager/Assistant Manager for Siegel Select Birmingham to hire, train and supervise staff, drive occupancy and profitability at the property.

You will lead front desk, housekeeping, security and maintenance teams; ensure brand standards, assist in marketing, monitor reports and enhance guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property manager.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise property operations, guest satisfaction, appearance, revenue, and staff.
• Recruit, hire, and train front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Enforce company standards and brand guidelines.
• Assist in marketing efforts and maintain product quality.
• Verify room availability, monitor sales and staff productivity.
• Schedule maintenance for the property and units.
• Ensure rent collection and handle overdue accounts.
• Supervise site staff, schedules, and performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with service and cleanliness.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
