Qualifications

• Experience in property management or multifamily housing operations.
• Ability to develop and manage aging and occupancy goals.
• Strong budget, vendor, and staff supervision capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure high standards of maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections for safety and cleanliness compliance.
• Manage leasing, showings, applications, and lease agreements.
• Maintain high occupancy through marketing and tenant retention strategies.
• Handle move-ins/outs and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and monitor annual budget and financial reports.
