Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a self-driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property in Gallatin, TN, coordinating maintenance and ensuring safety and cleanliness at the highest standards.

You will lead leasing activities, drive occupancy through effective marketing, manage the annual budget, and deliver accurate financial reports to upper management while adhering to Sterling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in multifamily property management.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property and maintain high standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage the leasing process: showings, applications and leases.
• Develop and execute marketing to maintain high occupancy and tenant renewals.
• Prepare and manage the property budget and provide financial reports to upper management.
• Oversee rent collection and manage delinquencies and payment plans.
• Coordinate capital projects and solicit bids to ensure best value.
