DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Decatur, IL. This role oversees daily property operations, financial goals, leasing performance, and staff leadership to maximize occupancy and community value.

The position requires a hands-on leader skilled in budgeting, vendor relations, and resident retention, with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed. Exempt status applies; compensation aligns with market standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and financials.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and recorded.
• Prepare leases and ensure accurate paperwork and input in the system.
• Lead emergency team and respond to community incidents.
• Maintain resident files and support tenant retention programs.
• Coordinate marketing to maximize occupancy and analyze market data.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and manage performance.
