Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities in Grapevine, TX. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations while driving revenue and occupancy.

You will lead a team of leasing consultants, technicians and staff, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and renewals. You will conduct market research to set competitive rents, develop marketing strategies, and monitor budgets and financial

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and stay competitive.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to complete work orders and move-ins.
• Oversee lease renewals and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections for standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, budgets and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community.
