Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, feedback, and hiring processes.
• Coach and develop associates; communicate a shared vision and provide guidance.
