DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the community between Newell & Mint Hill in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes leadership, resident relations, leasing, and financial stewardship to maximize value and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience required.
• College degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage leasing, administration and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and manage rents, delinquencies and proper postings.
• Maintain accurate records of property transactions and rent rolls.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and deposited.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and insurance certificates.
• Approve A/P invoices and manage petty cash per company guidelines.
• Rent property to fullest capacity and implement leasing strategies.
• Lead emergency response and maintain resident safety.
• Ensure leases and paperwork are accurately inputted into the system.
• Develop resident retention programs and timely notices to residents.
