Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage leasing, admin tasks, and resident relations while upholding DASMEN’s leadership principles.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years PM experience, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and a CAM/ARM certification is a plus. The role reports to Regional Manager and is exempt from overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and act in owners' best interest.
• Maintain accurate property transaction records and rent rolls.
• Ensure timely collection and posting of rents and fees.
• Prepare legal actions as required by state guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and insurance certificates.
• Process A/P invoices and manage petty cash.
