Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing multi-family rental housing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, judgment, and initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Entrata knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in operating the property within established financial guidelines and budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff in the absence of the Manager.
• Maintain occupancy at established levels.
• Review delinquent accounts and take required action.
• Ensure residents' requests are responded to promptly and courteously.
• Maintain resident account information on RealPage and Entrata.
• Perform the monthly closing.
• Assist the Property Manager with coordinating apartment turnovers.
• Coordinate resident activities.
• Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
