Job summary

Village Green in New York is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead Marketing, Leasing, Administrative and Maintenance operations across assigned properties. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure excellent resident relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in multi-family property management, strong financial acumen, and solid communication skills. We offer a competitive salary ($65,000) with quarterly bonuses up to 20% and a $2,500 signing bonus, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management including supervisory solid skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative and Maintenance functions.
• Responsible for Resident/Landlord relations.
• Responsible for accounting and collections.
• Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations to include project management.
• Provide property and company reports to Corporate Office or clients on or before due date.
• Follow all policies, practices, and procedures.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
