Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead a residential property management team in Valdosta, GA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, budgeting, and day-to-day operations to maximize resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
Experience in supervision: hiring, coaching, and budget processing.
Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
Understanding of balancing income and expenses to optimize results.
Occasional travel required; Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology encouraged.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the property management team to deliver referral-worthy customer experiences.
Balance operations and finances to achieve strong occupancy and revenue results.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and maintain property safety and maintenance standards.
Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers and drive continuous improvement.
