Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead a residential team in the Phoenix area. The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting discipline, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in property management, supervisory experience, and working knowledge of Fair Housing, leasing, and relevant software. A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: recruitment, training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management, Fair Housing laws, maintenance, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting principles and property software.
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to optimize results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology encouraged.

• Balance client service with business goals and efficient budget management.
