Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Ohio Real Estate Sales License required (must transfer to Evernest).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in single-family or multi-family property management.
• Must work daily from the Evernest office in your market.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to our property owners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with our Property Services team to work with technicians, contractors and vendors.
• Manage budgets and financial records for the properties.
• Execute portfolio level operations in line with company targets and KPIs.
• Dispatch field team members to conduct inspections of properties and ensure they are well maintained.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of property management.
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
• Drive financial performance by maximizing NOI.
• Prepare reports as required by leadership.
