Job summary

Evernest is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio. The role centers on owner satisfaction, requiring excellent communication and coordination with Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing, and Property Services to deliver best-in-class results.

The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, strong leadership, and a passion for providing exceptional service, with 2+ years in property management and a Texas Real Estate Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Active Texas Real Estate Sales License is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in single family or multi-family property management.
• You will work daily from the Evernest office in your market.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to our property owners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Manage budgets and financial records for the properties.
• Drive portfolio-level operations to meet KPIs.
• Inspect properties to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency.
