Drucker + Falk seeks an experienced Property Manager for Metropolis in Glen Allen, VA. The role oversees all aspects of property operations, including administration, maintenance, and staffing, to keep the community well maintained and fiscally stable.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Travel is required; a degree or PM experience is preferred, with ARM/CAM/HCCP certificates encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Associates degree accepted with relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in property management preferred; 7+ years business experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms; handle rent collection and delinquencies.
• Maintain financial records and budgets; monitor expenditures.
• Market the apartment community and coordinate vendor activities.
• Travel as required and maintain resident relations; handle complaints.
