Job summary

Atlantic Residential is seeking a Property Manager for our Revel Ballpark community in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees start-up marketing, day-to-day operations, resident events and retention, budgets, rent rolls, projections and occupancy goals. You will lead a leasing team and maintenance staff, prepare management reports, and ensure curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Three (3) + years on-site property management experience.
• Property management experience in a 55+ community.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Staff, supervise, train and motivate all on-site staff to achieve community goals.
• Market community effectively through web site updates, social media, and outreach marketing to drive traffic and leases.
• Oversee financials including bookkeeping, budgets and expenses.
• Obtain and process rental applications and collect move-in monies and rent.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely turnover of units and property upkeep.
