ResiHome in Acworth, GA is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to lead on-site operations, lease prospects, and build resident relations. This field-based role requires frequent property visits, strong sales skills, and a commitment to outstanding service.

You will manage leasing processes, inspections, renewals, and compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and state laws while coordinating with internal teams and using CRM tools to track prospects and performance.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in resident state.
• 3–5 years leasing or property management experience.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain homes and common spaces per brand standards; perform weekly inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service during move-ins/outs.
• Manage past-due balances and maintenance requests.
• Achieve occupancy targets and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
• Coordinate with HOA/code enforcement and marketing tasks.
• Utilize CRM to track prospects and follow up.
• Monitor market conditions to inform leasing strategy.
• Perform move-out and turn inspections and deposit accounting.
