Resicap Payroll, Llc is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a market of homes in Atlanta, GA, leading a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences while meeting financial goals. The role requires 3+ years as a Property Manager, including 2+ years in remote field management, and an active real estate license in the placement state.

You will drive operations, leasing strategy, and compliance, coordinating with the Director of Leasing and training teams to ensure lawful, efficient processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager with at least 2 years of remote field and people management experience.
• Active real estate license in the state of placement is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar field required.
• Thorough understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws in multiple states.
• Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks and longer-term strategic projects; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines set by management

Responsibilities

• Overseeing property and team management functions in a designated market.
• You will manage a market of homes, empowering your team to put the Resident experience first while managing all property management functions in your market.
• Daily oversight of all team members (1-5 direct/indirect people) and ensure goals for company, residents and investors are met.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of market rents and demographics to guide leasing activity in partnership with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, FCRA, ADA and other pertinent laws.
• Handle escalated resident issues, including maintenance, to maximize resident satisfaction.
• Assist with in-field duties such as home showings, move-ins/outs and HOA/municipality networking
