Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Green Meadows in Raleigh, NC. The role oversees all phases of property operation, under the Regional Property Manager, including administration, maintenance, staff supervision, leasing, and financial management.

The candidate should have relevant education and experience, and will work to keep the property well maintained, financially stabilized, and compliant with company policies. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred).
• 2 year Associates Degree.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all staff members under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Perform written evaluations of employees and recommend salary increases/advancement.
• Maintain accurate payroll records per company policy and deadlines.
• Assist in leasing apartments and sign leases and related forms.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial transaction records for the property.
