Levco Management LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Property Manager for a 651-unit conventional property. This full-time, exempt role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of property management experience, familiarity with renovations, Yardi software preferred, and strong supervisory and computer skills. You will oversee leasing, move-ins/outs, budgeting assistance, on-site staff, vendor management, and ensure excellent resident

Competenze

• At least 3 years’ experience as a property manager.
• Renovations experience preferred but not required.
• Yardi software experience preferred but not required.
• Must multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong supervisory and team management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Managing collections and posting rent receipts.
