Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager - Floating to lead and motivate a multifamily team, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and uphold company standards. You’ll partner with maintenance and leasing to optimize operations and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of residential property management, supervisory experience, budgeting skills, and familiarity with property management software such as OneSite and Ops Technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, training, coaching, budgeting.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses for bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
