Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Property Manager who leads by example and delivers referral-worthy customer experiences across multifamily communities.

You will balance budgets, supervise staff, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and enhance resident relations while guiding the team to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws, maintenance, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting, safety, and software.
