4L LIVING LLC is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee assigned properties, maximizing occupancy and profitability while ensuring owner and tenant satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market insight in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to growth and team success.

The ideal candidate will manage leasing, show properties, handle open houses, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Hold open houses
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
