Job summary

4L LIVING LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process and actively maintain high occupancy across properties. You will introduce properties to prospective tenants, coordinate open houses, and ensure a smooth leasing experience.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities, plus a solid understanding of local real estate laws and market trends. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or leasing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of amenities.
• Hold open houses.
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references.
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and housing trends.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals.
• Inspect properties regularly and schedule maintenance/repairs.
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.
