Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus opportunities!

What You'll Do

Drive Occupancy & Resident Satisfaction

• Lead leasing efforts, prospect follow-up, and conversions to achieve occupancy goals
• Develop renewal strategies that maximize resident retention
• Resolve escalated resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure lease renewals, transfers, and move-out processes are completed accurately and compliantly

Own Property Financial Performance

• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and legal notices
• Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, and expense control
• Review invoices, approve vendor payments, and monitor budget adherence

Manage Operations & Property Standards

• Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversee unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and company policies

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Coach, mentor, and hold leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams accountable
• Set clear expectations and foster a culture of ownership, service, and results
• Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
