Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property Manager experience (multifamily/luxury preferred).
• Proven success driving occupancy and resident retention.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Financially savvy with budgeting, reporting, AP, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy & resident satisfaction through leasing, follow-up, and conversions.
• Develop renewal strategies to maximize retention.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and budget adherence.
• Lead property inspections and maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Coach and develop leasing, maintenance, and admin teams to own results.
