Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in a role that combines outdoor and indoor work across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Excellent customer service is essential as you manage payments, aid in collections when needed, and travel between properties. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations; spend time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
