Responsibilities include inspections, cash handling, and assisting customers with payments. We offer flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), with benefits after meeting 20+ hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, serving customers and ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
