Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through daily inspections.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, making deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments while handling reminders and collections when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
