Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to support our self-storage locations across multiple sites. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, assessing customer needs, and recommending packing supplies to drive sales.

You will conduct daily unit inspections and handle cash and deposits as part of routine operations. The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, service industries).
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and manage reminders/collections when needed.
