Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, blending inside and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies to drive additional sales, while ensuring spaces are ready to rent.

Key responsibilities include daily storage-unit inspections, cash drawer audits, and processing payments with reminder calls when needed. A valid driver’s license and prior customer-service sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
