Job summary

Onni Properties LLC seeks a seasoned Property Manager for a Class A office building in Downtown Los Angeles. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage leases, and coordinate contractors to uphold Onni’s high standards while delivering outstanding tenant service.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial property management, Yardi experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. A BA degree or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Previous Yardi experience required.
• Experience with leasing and tenant management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a Class A office building.
• Conduct periodic property and tenant space inspections for lease compliance and upkeep.
• Obtain estimates for repairs and manage service orders and contractor coordination.
• Provide exceptional tenant service and timely, courteous responses to requests.
• Oversee vendors to ensure performance meets Onni standards and contracts.
• Prepare annual income and expense budgets and monitor variances.
• Assist accounting with property-related inquiries and vendor issues.
• Maintain property files and records per company policy.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Tenant Improvement, Development and Construction teams.
