Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager for The Tatum in Texas. You will lead Leasing Agents, coordinate with Maintenance, and drive occupancy while preserving resident satisfaction and retention.

Expect to develop strategies for tough markets, monitor budgets, and report to executives. You’ll host events and advocate our core values, creating a positive community experience for residents and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience required.
• Must understand Fair Housing, and related laws
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to complete work orders and turns to S2 standards.
• Increase occupancy and maintain high resident retention.
• Develop and execute strategies for challenging markets.
• Approve and monitor budgets for ROI.
• Report risks and opportunities to the executive team.
• Host resident engagement events and uphold core values.
