You will:

• Deliver standout customer service that turns first-time visitors into loyal customers
• Own customer inquiries, offering timely solutions tailored to their needs
• Keep our facility running smoothly– opening and closing the store with precision
• Enhance customer relationshipswith follow-up calls and personalized support
• Lead facility tours to help customers find the storage options that work best for them
• Maintain a pristine environment– inside and out, your attention to detail ensures the facility looks great!
• Ensure efficient customer service by managing the support queue and resolving issues quickly
• Handle rollover calls with a professional, customer-first approach
• Make operational improvements and keep everything running like clockwork

You have:

• You have2+ years of property management, sales and/or retail experience, with a strong focus on customer service

• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
