Mini Mall Storage Properties is a fast-growing company redefining self storage. As a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage), you will blend customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers find the right storage solutions while keeping our facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

This role offers a daytime, full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a safety‑first, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50lbs on occasion.
