Job summary

Storage Post is seeking a Porter/Maintenance Technician for our East Village team to keep properties in pristine condition. The role includes handling small repairs, supporting upgrades, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of porter or light maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and travel locally. Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key part of our Store Maintenance Team, you'll help keep our property in pristine condition by:

• Handling small day-to-day repairs.
• Supporting property upgrades: painting, pressure washing, and more.
• Ensuring our locations are clean, safe, and welcoming inside and out.
• Possible travelbetween locations (mileage reimbursed!).

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in porter/light maintenance duties.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel locally.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus!
