Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager for Riversong Apartments in Bradenton, FL. This role requires hands-on leadership to maximize occupancy, manage property operations, and deliver exceptional resident service.

You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate leasing, maintain budgets and financial performance, and implement retention programs to enhance community value. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of property management or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; willing to obtain.
• Problem-solving, data collection, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high standards of integrity and complies with laws and regulations.
• Aims to maximize living experience and impressions of residents.
• Addresses resident concerns with a positive service attitude.
• Develops and implements resident retention programs.
• Communicates property events and conducts periodic inspections.
• Ensures leasing activity meets budget and goals; tracks marketing competition.
• Works with leasing team to optimize closing; monitors marketing data.
• Monitors traffic, conversion, renewals, and data.
• Understands financial goals and operates assets per policy.
• Maintains accurate records of all transactions (rent rolls, delinquency reports, etc.).
• Ensures rents and fees are collected on time and posted.
• Maintains community appearance and coordinates make-ready status.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates on-site staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
