Job summary

Riversong Apartments in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead onsite maintenance and ensure a safe, well-maintained community. 40+ hours weekly, evenings/on-call as needed. Eligible for benefits including health and a 401(k) plan.

The role oversees preventative maintenance, repairs, and staff development, with emphasis on rent-ready units and cost-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property maintenance or related field.
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to interact with residents, staff, and management.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, pools, landscaping, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Manage department budget and control costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent emergencies and repairs.
• Hire, train, and discipline maintenance staff as needed.
