Qualifications

• At least 5 years of property maintenance experience; apartment maintenance preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems.
• HVAC certification and CAMT/CPO preferred; willing to obtain CAMT if required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and budget management; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team to complete service requests and repairs on time.
• Manage preventative maintenance and keep units rent-ready.
• Control department budget and find cost-saving improvements.
• Hire, train, and discipline maintenance staff; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate parts/parts pickup and vendor relationships; participate in inspections.
