Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community in New Jersey, leading onsite staff, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to Fair Housing and applicable laws.

You will set rents, review financials, approve vendor invoices, supervise the team, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while delivering strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and inspections.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
