Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Woodlake Park Apartments in Richfield, MN. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers an hourly starting rate of $24.00, with on-site living optional and rent discounts for those who choose to reside on-site.

You will manage day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident relations to maintain optimum occupancy. Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with housing laws.

Formación

• Leadership required to supervise onsite staff and leasing agents.
• Detail-oriented approach to resident records and property compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering timely tenant services.

Responsabilidades

• Market and lease apartments to achieve occupancy goals.
• Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
• Approve bills and coordinate with Regional Property Manager for payments.
• Maintain professional communications with residents and partners.
• Process rental applications and utilize screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
• Coordinate unit turnover and readiness for re-renting.
• Assist new residents with move-in and policy orientation.
• Receive maintenance requests and coordinate work with Maintenance Technician.
• Learn and apply local, state, and federal tenant/landlord laws.
