• Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
• Approve bills and coordinate final payment with Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain professional communications with residents and partners.
• Process rental applications and screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
• Report on unpaid rents to Regional Property Manager.
• Coordinate turnover of vacant units and ensure security.
• Process leasing paperwork and assist move-in.
• Learn and apply local, state, and federal landlord-tenant laws.
