Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Edina Park Apartments in Edina, MN. The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with an hourly starting rate of $25.00. Living on-site is not required, but on-site residents may receive a rent discount.

You will manage day-to-day operations, market and lease units, supervise on-site staff, and maintain strong communications with residents and vendors to maximize occupancy and renewal performance.

• Attention to detail in property records, leasing files, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
• Approve bills and coordinate payments with the Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain professional communications with residents and stakeholders.
• Process rental applications and utilize screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
• Report on unpaid rents to Regional Property Manager.
• Coordinate unit turnover and safety during vacancy.
• Process leasing paperwork and set up resident files.
• Onboard new residents and orient to policies.
• Address maintenance requests and coordinate with Maintenance Technician.
• Learn and apply local, state, and federal tenant/landlord laws.
