Highland Management Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Woodlake Park Apartments in Richfield. The role entails ensuring resident satisfaction through regular upkeep, completing maintenance requests, and performing safety checks on fire systems and boilers.

Position offers wage starting at $25/hr with opportunities for on-call work; on-site housing is optional with rental discounts. Company covers boiler/CPO licensing costs and related education.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic maintenance of residential properties.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Willingness to obtain Boiler/CPO license; Highland pays for training and licensing.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Complete maintenance requests from residents as they come in on work orders.
• Check fire extinguishers and smoke detectors monthly; monitor boilers daily.
• Know water and gas meter shut-offs, fixture shut-offs, and sewer clean-outs.
• Ensure cleanliness and good repair of vacant units.
• Inspect pools (if applicable) and complete miscellaneous inspections and reports.
• Report projected expenses to the Property Manager as directed.
