Job summary

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Edina Park Apartments in Edina, MN. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers an hourly starting rate of $25.00. Living on-site is optional, with rent discounts for on-site residents.

You will manage day-to-day on-site operations, leasing, and resident relations to maintain occupancy, coordinate maintenance, and supervise property staff while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and on-site resident relations.
• Ability to manage leasing and renewals to maintain occupancy.
• Strong communication and coordination with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
• Approve bills and coordinate payments through Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain professional communications with residents, applicants and partners.
• Process rental applications and use screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
• Report on unpaid rents to Regional Property Manager.
• Coordinate preparing vacant units for re-renting and ensure security during vacancy.
