Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a proactive residential community/property manager to lead on-site operations, drive resident satisfaction, and collaborate across teams. You will supervise hiring, training, budgeting, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, building maintenance, leasing, and accounting practices.

Strong knowledge of OneSite and property management software is preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential community/property manager required.
• Strong preference for Bachelor's or better in Real Estate or related field.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices, Fair Housing laws, maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, safety, and use of property management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential community/property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
