Job summary

National Church Residences in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community, ensuring high occupancy, regulatory compliance, and positive resident relations. You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, leasing, rent collection, move-ins/outs, and coordinate maintenance and safety programs to meet standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities.
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and rent collection.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate training.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports.
